Barry Collin is the founder and leads the Markets Institute, selecting and guiding projects and representing the Institute in public forums.

He is CEO of Collin Group, Inc., at which the Institute is based. A professional speaker, author, and consultant on complex technical, business, and socio-psychological issues, he is the former lead Senior Research Fellow of the Institute for Security and Intelligence (Stanford, CA) and founded ISI's technology studies program.

A wide swath of global companies and government agencies have initiated and implemented large business processes and technological projects based on
Mr. Collin's research, analyses and guidance.

He is widely credited with both the protection of millions of lives worldwide through his pioneering work on the prevention of terrorist's use of technology, and the generation of $billions in new revenue opportunities for myriad industries.

His work is chronicled or cited in over 65 current books and in myriad journals and papers globally.
